De Broglie's Pilot Waves, the wave aspect of particles.
Shrodinger's wave function. His famous cat in the box, illustrating the superposition of two state: the state of the cat being dead, and the cat being alive at the same time until a measurement is made.
Heisenberg's matrix mechanics and his uncertainty principle, whereby increasing the precision of one measurement increases the imprecision of another.
Chien-shiung Wu and Irving Shaknov's artificial element, the positronium, made up of electron and it's anti-particle, the positron, which spiral towards each other to result in the destruction of matter and the creation of photon. Rather, 2 entangled photons.
The creation of the matter in the universe after the big-bang due to Quantum Fluctuation
Entanglement: Any changes made to a particle will instantaneously result in a change in it's entangled twin no matter how distant the twin is. The mystery of this information transmiision that doesn't seems to make use of any medium... possibly the key to teleportation.
Young's double slit experiment. The one that open up this new field of physics.
Hmm... quantum mechanics always seems so interesting ^_^
